Morning Grounding Practice | Virtual Movement Class

A gentle, grounding somatic practice to help you return to yourself this December.
Offered as part of my give-back month, a space to slow down, breathe, and move with intention.

The holidays can pull our attention in every direction. This hour-long virtual practice is a soft landing place, a moment to come home to your body, your breath, and your center before the day begins. No experience needed. Just space to move and an open heart.

About the Practice

This is a 60-minute virtual somatic movement session designed to support grounding, nervous system regulation, and gentle presence during a season that can feel overwhelming. Each session we will explore:

  • Embodied breathwork

  • Gentle mobility and somatic release

  • Intuitive movement activation & Grounding rituals

  • A brief reflection or guided settling to close

Nothing in this space is about performance or perfection — it’s about noticing, softening, and reconnecting to your own internal rhythm.

What You’ll Need

  • A little room to move

  • Headphones (recommended for deeper focus)

  • A yoga mat (optional — hardwood floor is fine)

  • Water

  • A quiet space or as quiet as your home can be

Come as you are. Wear what feels comfortable. Cameras on or off — your choice.

Virtual on Zoom. Recordings are not provided to maintain the integrity of the practice container.

This offering is “pay what you can” you can join by choosing the rate that fits your capacity:

Join all six December morning sessions or attend any individual class.
Pay What You Can (minimum £1)

Your contribution supports continued community-centered somatic work and makes it possible for others to join regardless of financial capacity. If you are experiencing financial difficulty and are unable to provide the minimum amount please reach out at least 24 hours ahead of the session you want to join. admin@texturesmovementcollab.com

How It Works

  1. Choose your registration option (Series or Drop-In)

  2. Complete the Pay-What-You-Can checkout

  3. You’ll receive a confirmation email, class link for the session will be sent out 15 minutes before the session.

  4. Please try to arrive a few minutes early to settle in. For the integrity of the space, I won’t be admitting participants after five minutes past the hour.
